Selling a rundown building

Selling a rundown building

They aren’t distraught with the condition of the house.

When my wife and I divorced, the situation turned rather nasty. My good friend and I had accrued quite a bit of credit card debt. I just wanted to walk away. I grew up in the northeastern part of the country and had moved to Florida for my wife’s task. I never got accustomed to the heat and humidity. I never made friends, and I missed my family. I was distraught to head back to my hometown. About the only asset my wife had bought together was our house. With a limited budget, we bought a fixer-upper. Unfortunately, we couldn’t afford renovations… Despite keeping the condo wipe and tidy, the value steadily diminished. The roof leaked and caused water detriment to the structure. The porch was unsafe due to termite detriment. There was a problem with water pressure and drainage. My good friend and I needed a bungee cord, the refrigerator door shut, and the air conditioner was just about worthless. Without making necessary repairs to pass a house inspection, I saw no hope for selling the house. Any buyer who required financing would never manage to secure a bank loan for such a dilapidated piece of property. I also didn’t want to give up a percentage of the profit to a realtor or hang around in Florida waiting for the apartment to sell. I finally got the idea to contact a company that buys properties in Jacksonville for currency. They aren’t distraught with the condition of the house. They don’t require an inspection. My wife agreed to split the currency with me. The closing was handled in under ten days.
