Selling an inherited apartment building for money

I had currency in hand within ten days

Only a couple of years ago, I inherited my Grandma’s house, and my Grandma spent the last few years of her life in a nursing home, and the apartment had fallen into disrepair, and plus, the condo is located in Florida, and I live in New York, then i wasn’t quite sure how to go about selling it. I didn’t want to deal with hiring business online. I’d have no way of knowing if they were living up to their promises or simply charging me an advantage for shoddy materials and workmanship. I was reluctant to sink a bunch of currency into the house. I also didn’t have a lot of time to devote to flying to Florida and dealing with the requirements of selling a house; There were concerns with the house, such as an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system that was no longer operational, a fifteen-year-old roof and questionable electrical lines; Even trying to find a real estate agent turned into a headache, however after a bit of research, I came across a Jacksonville real estate buyer. The company pays currency for homes. All I needed to do was provide some absolutely basic information, and they offered me a buying price within 24 hours. I had expected an absurdly low offer and was pleasantly surprised by the satisfactory bid. Accepting the proposal avoided paying for a house inspection, sacrificing a percentage to a real estate agent and a time-consuming process. Everything was handled abruptly and conveniently online. I had currency in hand within ten days. I had never heard of a closing happening that fast. I never needed to take an afternoon off from work.
