It’s tough for various people to grasp just how big a locale Jacksonville, Florida is. My wonderful friend and I all know it’s the most populous neighborhood in the state, and also the greatest in terms of square miles, but what various people don’t realize is that the neighborhood limits of Jacksonville are the same as the limits of Duval County. This means that even the giant empty sites in the park are still considered to be part of Jax. This is one of the reasons that Jacksonville real estate is such a prime market, because there is unlimited room for growth. Other cities in the state are full to capacity, and have no more room to grow, however Jacksonville properties and homes are different. For the record, I am not employed by any of the local Jacksonville real estate companies, I am an employee of the neighborhood itself. This means I toil closely with several odd Jax real estate companies and brokerages, because I am always pushing for more folks to call this neighborhood home. Thankfully there is such a wide array of odd kinds of homes and properties in NE Florida it makes my task quite easy. From big mansions to humble apartments, from the woods to the beach, and everything in between, there is a perfect piece of Jacksonville real estate for all the people learning this! Even though Jacksonville house values are getting higher, there is still a lot of good affordable housing.
